Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location. Clean, lovely spacious unit. Appreciated the Coogee, tea, milk, pastries and water. Also very much appreciated the bathroom soaps and moisturizers.

Negative: When we arrived in Cee we were wet and cold. We contacted the host to see if the unit was ready before the stipulated 330pm checkin. The response from the host was not very welcoming saying checkin is approx 330pm. We therefore had to wait. We were unable to use the balcony and were told we would be left a small gift as compensation. The small gift was the Coffee/tea amenities which were appreciated but were already part of the deal. Also being asked to take the trash with us was annoying as we had to carry our heavy bags down numerous stairs to get out the building and also carry the trash. Then we had to find a bin to put it in.
